Bell Jeff participates in California Interscholastic Federation (C.I.F.) sports in grades nine through twelve. 

The Boys participate in the Santa Fe League in the following sports:

Basketball, Baseball, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Soccer, Track & Field, and Volleyball

The Girls participate in the Sunshine League in the following sports:

Basketball, Cross Country, Soccer, Softball, Track & Field, and Volleyball

The Cheerleading Squads are also part of the athletic program at Bellarmine Jefferson-High School
